David graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy, has owned dozens of companies throughout his career, and was an international airlines captain for 36 years. He now oversees final investment decisions and provides guidance to portfolio companies.

Grayson Dent
Grayson focuses on evaluating and executing investment transactions, performing due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies. He previously worked at Harbor View Advisors, a lower middle market investment bank in Jacksonville, FL, where he gained experience in mergers & acquisitions advisory and capital markets transactions. Earlier in his career, Grayson served as a Naval Officer and is a graduate of The University of Georgia.
